Eggman Egg White Cake

You will need:

  • 1 Eggman Egg Separator
  • 250g Caster sugar
  • 150g Plain flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 ½ Tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 Table spoon corn flour

Separate the eggs using The Eggman (You will only require the whites for this recipe but you can check out other recipes of how to use the yolks!) Whisk the egg whites with 50g of caster sugar until thick. Add the remaining sugar, plain flour, corn flour and baking powder and fold into egg whites. Gently melt 100g of butter allow to cool and then fold into mixture. Place mixture in a cake tin and bake in a preheated oven 180C for 30 min.
