Creme Brulee

You will need:
■1 Eggman Egg Separator
■6 Tablespoons of caster sugar
■2 Table spoons of brown sugar
■6 Eggs
■½ tea spoon vanilla extract
■2 ½ cups of double cream

Pre heat oven to 150 C. Separate the eggs using The Eggman (You will only require the yolks for this recipe but you can check out other recipes of how to use the whites!) Beat the 6 egg yolks, 4 table spoons of caster sugar and vanilla extract in a glass bowl until thick. Heat the cream until it almost comes to the boil, remove immediately and stir into the egg, sugar and vanilla mixture. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Simmer water in a pan and place the glass bowl over the pan and stir mixture until it covers the back of a spoon. Pour into small heat resistant dishes and bake for 30min, remove and cool over night. Combine the remaining caster and brown sugar and spread over top of mixture, place under a grill and allow sugar to melt (Do not allow to burn). Remove from grill and refrigerate and allow to set.
